L&R Montagetechnik GmbH is a system supplier and manufactures solutions for many branches of industry on a production area of 5,500 m². The company is based in Hövelhof, East Westphalia, between Paderborn and Bielefeld. Our customers mainly come from the following industries:

We take over all work steps from the procurement of semi-finished products to surface finishing and deliver (pre-)assembled components directly to your final assembly line or to your customers.
Welding
As a certified specialist welding company, we manufacture welded constructions with unit weights of up to 8 tons as well as series components on automated welding robot cells.
Mechanical production
When it comes to mechanical processing, we concentrate on milling. We use 11 CNC machining centers to produce a wide variety of components, including complex 3D contour parts. CAM programming guarantees maximum efficiency.
Plant construction & assembly
We combine our expertise in special machinery and plant engineering and manufacture production facilities that are individually designed for our customers' manufacturing processes.

We attach great importance not only to the quality of our products and processes, but also to the quality of our suppliers!
Our after DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system guarantees continuous control of every production step. A further decisive contribution is made by the management of the various departments by industrial foremen, as well as the specific further training of our skilled workers.The use of a 3D CNC measuring machine has also established itself as an integral part of quality control. On the one hand, automated measurement is very well suited to production-related, repeatable and documentable measurement; on the other hand, it enables the measurement of complex component geometries and the control of shape and position tolerances. Quality assurance is rounded off by a Faro measuring arm, which is ideal for flexible use "in the field".
