TRAINING

Only highly trained personnel can guarantee efficient production with consistently high quality. For this reason, we have decided to train our own ‘next generation’ and have become an IHK training company. As a founding member of the vocational training network in the industrial park, BANG for short, we train technical professions in a network. In this network, trainees learn the basics of their profession in a central training workshop and are prepared for their everyday working life in the individual companies. In this way, we ensure first-class support for our future skilled workers – as evidenced not least by the ‘best place to learn’ award. INNOVATION

Innovation and technical progress secure our future. This is why L&R is a member of the Intelligent Technical Systems OstWestfalenLippe technology network - it's OWL for short. More than 180 companies, universities and other partners have joined forces in this network. Recognised as a cluster of excellence by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), cutting-edge research is being conducted here and Industry 4.0 is becoming a reality.
With the research project ‘Conceptualisation of a control station 4.0 for the digital order processing of tomorrow’, we are working together with the Fraunhofer Institute on the design of our future business processes.

PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT

Sustainable and systematic personnel development is playing an increasingly important role these days, even in small and medium-sized companies. We have therefore joined the PEPP - Personalentwicklung im Hochstift e.V. association in order to provide our employees with continuous and targeted support.
